Coming to The US

Dear Friends,

It is my pleasure to inform you that I will be in the USA during the second part of September for a short lecture tour focusing on the current events in the Arab World and their impact on Israel.

The events in the Middle East obviously capture media headlines and public interest – and with talk of a possible US strike on Syria coverage seems to be at a fever-pitch. As always, I am personally honored and thankful for every event I am invited to and every stage I am given to add to people’s knowledge and understanding of our complex region – especially at this crucial time when a true understanding of what’s happening in the region is paramount.

This tour – unlike others – is much shorter. Due to previous professional commitments I have in Israel, I have to be back home by the end of the first week of October.  My very tight schedule leaves me only a few days left for possible engagements: the week of September 22 – 26 in the Philadelphia, Baltimore, DC, and Northern Virginia region only.

I do apologize in advance that I am unable to conduct briefings elsewhere during this tour – as much as I would like to, my speaking schedule is packed solid.

I hope that my next visit (February and March 2014) will enable me to conduct many more events and briefings. Please feel free to contact me about that as well if you would like to begin planning an event for February or March – and of course, please include me on your next trip to Israel!

Tomorrow (Wednesday) Jews all around the world celebrate the evening of the first day of the Jewish month of Tishrei – the first month of Jewish annual calendar. For Jews it is the New Year’s holiday known in Hebrew as Rosh Hashanah. As part of the holiday tradition, Jews greet one another and send each other the traditional Jewish blessing in Hebrew SHANA TOVA – SHNAT SHALOM VEBITACHON (Have a Good Year. May it be a Year of Peace and Security).

In that spirit I want to wish you all – Jews and non Jews – a year of health and joy, may all your dreams be fulfilled and may all your visions come true – and above all – I want to wish you all that we may be forever thankful for the gift of life.
